IT Test Engineer (m/f/d)
In this role you will be an integral part of INNIO's Business Application Team. As an IT Test Engineer (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing procedures. Your responsibilities will involve designing test strategies, executing test cases, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Creation of test specifications for manual and automated testing based on given requirements
- Review of requirements and test cases, consult with appropriate business teams to understand technical requirements and define test scenarios
- Document test processes, results, and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement
- Perform various types of testing, including regression testing, functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance
- Member of an agile team and collaboration in an international environment
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master) in a relevant field e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Informatics etc.
- Solid professional experience as Software Quality Engineer / Software Tester
- Knowledge of a programming language is a must, preferably Java, C#, Typescript and/or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks like "Cypress", "xUnit", "Selenium" or similar tools
- Experience with Windchill PLM and Salesforce is a plus; strong background in Cloud technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of development processes and agile methods
- Ability to stay current with relevant system methods and emerging technology as well as best business practices
- Proficiency in English is a must, German language is a plus
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
