Your Tasks
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and objectives for the ServiceNow ITSM module
- Gather and prioritize requirements while creating and maintaining the product backlog
- Collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and ITSM teams to optimize and implement solutions
- Oversee system testing, quality assurance, and release management processes
- Analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as incident resolution times and request fulfillment rates
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within the ServiceNow ITSM platform
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and effective use of the system

Your Profile
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the ServiceNow ITSM or ITIL environment
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM functionalities such as Incident Management, Change Enablement, and Problem Management
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification required
- Experience working in agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred qualifications: CSPO, ServiceNow CSA, or CIS ITSM certifications
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 70,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
