Are you an IT Project / Application Manager with passion and have already successfully implemented end-to-end projects? Then we have just the right job for you! Due to strong growth over the last two years, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Business Application team.
As an IT Project / Application Manager, you can expect an exciting job with many facets. In this position, you will oversee international IT projects and continuously analyze and improve our business processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments. You will also act as an application manager and coordinate external partners.
In your role as IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation projects for the main Field Force Application. You will analyze the different requirements and problems of the respective sales departments and develop tailored plans for releases windows, cycles and milestones.
Moreover, you will lead project execution by Red Bull's project management standards and principles (in scope, in budget, in time) and manage stakeholders, assess and mitigate risks.
Planning of budgets and the effective allocation of budget resources for specific business requirements will be also part of your comprehensive area of activity.
Your task will be to understand, challenge, and translate Sales business processes into requirements, ensuring the solution and implementation concepts are fit for purpose.
You will support and advise the business to maximize the value within the sales application's portfolio for the organization.
You will ensure that the release content and efforts synchronize perfectly with requirements. You will coordinate processes between various streams such as Development, Integration, and Reporting and effectively communicate release details and crucial plans to relevant parties.
Your role will involve ensuring the seamless implementation of service plans in daily practice, meeting all service acceptance criteria.
You will oversee services at a high level to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.
You will also prioritize service improvement initiatives, validate their relevance to the business, and secure funding for their implementation.
Lastly, you will maintain comprehensive service and support documentation for owned services, ensuring their accessibility and quality.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
