WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

  • Manage and maintain IT Service Catalog for the Region CEE
  • Oversee the delivery of IT services to all regional locations, ensuring services meet performance, quality, and operational standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT service requests, incidents, and escalations across the region
  • Collaborate with the Regional Management to develop and maintain regional IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Define and improve processes and rules to ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations
  • Continuously evaluate and improve IT services through user feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing service reviews
  • Support the Regional IT Manager in the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT service operations, including incident reports, service performance, and process workflows

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of business processes and a solid understanding of IT systems and technologies, including ITIL principles
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT service management or a related IT operations role
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Enthusiastic about collaborating both online and in person with an international IT team and specialization groups
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
