Responsibilities
- Operate and develop IAM (SailPoint IIQ) and (future) PAM solution (update, customize, troubleshooting, incidents, develop, etc.).
- Develop new identity use-cases and integrate new applications.
- Design and implement new system architecture / workflows / processes.
- Monitor and audit access rights to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
- Manage and develop the User / Admin life-cycle process.
- Align with the business and define and implement business roles.
- Stay up-to-date on information technology and identity trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of Identity & Access.
- Degree in computer science with strong focus on IT-Security / Identity (or an equivalent working experience).
- IT Security certifications are an advantage.
- Hands-on experience on IAM, PAM, Cloud, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), Role based access control (RBAC), etc.
- Open minded person, problem solving skills, innovational & analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English (German beneficial).

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 60,200 $/year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
