As a corporate startup of ÖBB, our mission is to make the diversity of mobility throughout Austria easy to use. For this purpose, we have developed a leading Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform including the app "wegfinder".

Our native mobile app combines public transport, shared mobility, and other transportation options into a single, user-friendly experience. With wegfinder, users can discover routes, compare transport options, and book tickets, vehicles, and trips--all in one app.

  • ensure app reliability through a combination of unit, integration, and UI testing, complemented by hands-on validation when necessary.
  • drive the evolution of our platform by contributing to architectural decisions.
  • coordinate with the iOS developers on your team to maintain consistent UX and technical patterns across both native apps.

Our Technology Stack

Your Profil, you...

  • have multiple years of experience in Android development with Kotlin.

  • have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • are fluent in English (our working language in iMobility).
  • Bonus: Experience with iOS (Swift) is a strong plus.

Our Offer

  • We follow a hybrid work model, spending some time in the office but primarily working from home.
  • Our modern office is conveniently located at walking distance from Wien Hauptbahnhof (S-Bahn, U1, 13A, Tram D).
  • You will receive a smartphone and notebook (MacBook) for both work and personal use.
  • Monthly EUR50 mobility budget for private use in the wegfinder app.
