This is you:
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Austria
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a strong sense of commitment
- You are a diligent, reliable and solution-oriented person who likes to face new challenges
- Working independently is as much your thing as being part of a team
- You have excellent English skills, other language skills would be an asset
- Knowledge of aviation safety and quality requirements and standards is an asset
- Previous experience in the in the aviation industry is an asset
Your key responsibilites:
- As the first point of contact, you represent ASQS and our software iQSMS in the aviation industry
- Your goal is to support our customers in understanding the value of our services and guide them on their iQSMS journey.
- To achieve this goal, you independently organize and conduct client meetings
- You work together with customers to implement our software in their organization
- You document customer inquiries in a clear manner and ensure that each inquiry is processed timely
- You support our customers and partners with questions regarding the implementation, configuration and operation of our software
- You test our software along provided guidelines to ensure our high standards are kept
- You keep our customers up to date with the latest information on our product
The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 38.000 on a full-time basis. The actual salary depends on your qualification and professional experience.
