As we would like to expand our development team, we are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d)
who is interested in the challenges of developing an innovative medical product (full-time).
What will you do?
- Creation of software architectures and development of software concepts
- Implementation of software for medical devices according to development standards and guidelines based on IEC 62304
- Implementation and maintenance of unit tests and CI/CD pipelines
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams
- Creation of technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
- Mentoring other employees in the team
What do you bring?
- Extensive professional experience in object-oriented software development
- Experience in planning and implementing automated tests (unit tests and/or test frameworks)
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Independent, methodical and structured way of working
- Team player with good knowledge of German and English
- Completed technical education (university, technical college) in computer science, telematics, biomedical engineering or related technical areas
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and Python
- Experience with the Qt framework for creating graphical interfaces
- Application and integration of database systems
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum
