We are expanding our team in Linz and looking for a Digital Marketing & Customer Success Specialist to establish and drive our online marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of marketing at Lingohub and shape our brand's voice from the ground up.
What you'll do
At Lingohub, we believe in product-led growth, content marketing, and strong customer relationships. You'll play a key role in building and executing our online marketing strategy and supporting our customers.
- Establish and develop Lingohub's online marketing: Define and implement our digital marketing strategy.
- Revamp our website: We're rebranding, and you'll help craft our digital presence.
- Create and execute content strategies: Develop blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and website copy.
- Engage with customers: Answer inquiries via chat or video, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain our knowledge base: Update help guides and create explanatory videos.
- Host product demos: Showcase Lingohubs features to potential customers.
What were looking for
- 2+ years of experience in online marketing, digital communication, or customer success.
- Strong writing skills: You can craft compelling stories and clear documentation.
- Fluent English Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Proactive & goal-oriented mindset: You take ownership, drive results, and think strategically.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: You are excited to build and establish marketing from scratch.
