Your Challenge
- Act as the primary point of contact for business units regarding system optimizations and process redesigns within the SD area.
- "Order to Cash" process responsibility
- Manage projects in SAP SD
- Perform module-specific customizing (SAP SD) in SAP R/3 and later in S/4 HANA
- Contribute to the global implementation of S/4 HANA within the Greiner Group
- Define specifications for change requests in collaboration with relevant departments
- Collaborate closely with our IT Application Owners/Experts for system adjustments
- Provide 2nd-level support in the SD area
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and guidelines
- Design and deliver training sessions
Your Profile
- Completed IT education and/or extensive professional experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD
- Strong understanding of processes, including customizing
- Relevant project management experience is an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
- A high level of team orientation and openness
- Experience in working within intercultural teams
- Excellent English skills
