To strengthen our Human Resources Team, we are looking for an HRIS Specialist who is motivated to work with our experts and managers in the global HRIS Team. You'll act as interface between HR and IT department, developing processes and solution based on the most advanced technologies.
In this role, you'll maintain and further develop HR processes and tools in your area of responsibility under the coordination of your manager.
You'll also act as first point of contact for questions related to your area of responsibility. You'll ensure incidents coordination and resolution, in collaboration with the IT department.
On the other hand, you'll manage enhancement projects and change requests, according to Red Bull methodology and standards.
Last but not least, you'll maintain tool and process documentation. You'll also provide on-demand trainings for HRIS and HR colleagues.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
