IT Risk Manager (f/m/d) for the CE-region

Future fields of activity:

  • Actively support the IT and IS risk management process: Working closely with our regional and local safeguarding functions such as Data Protection, IT Security, Process and Risk Management and Business Continuity Management, you will manage, monitor and continuously improve the relevant processes in the Central European and Eastern European units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT risks in business processes and projects are appropriately assessed and taken into account - both for regional and local IT processes - and coordinate the necessary project steps
  • Organisation, coordination and implementation of risk assessments: You will be responsible for planning and conducting risk assessments, tracking the resulting actions and creating reports to ensure transparency and traceability regarding IT risks for all stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement of measures and controls: You will further develop risk assessments, gap analyses and control reviews to comply with regulatory and legal requirements, such as EIOPA, VAG or DORA.
  • Maintenance and further development of the risk framework: You regularly update the risk framework for IT and information security, including the underlying guidelines and specifications, and taking into account the current legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsibility for risk management tools: You will take administrative responsibility of our risk management tools, such as ADONIS or IBM OpenPages.

Our requirements:

  • Completed degree in information security, risk management, or a comparable field (university or similar)
  • Solid professional experience (3+ years), ideally with a focus on (IT) risk management or in the field of information security
  • Practical experience with IT risk management frameworks as well as comprehensive knowledge of common standards and legal requirements (e.g., DORA, COBIT, ISO27001)
  • Certifications such as CISM or CRISC are an advantage
  • Structured, independent, and responsible work style
  • Strong communication skills and high level of commitment
  • Experience in project management
  • Advanced IT skills and MS Office knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of English (C1), knowledge of German is an adavantage

JOB INFORMATION:

Starting date: immediately I Hours: 38.5 hours per week I Location: ICON Towers - directly at the main train station 1100 Vienna I
Gross annual salary: EUR 70.000,- (willingness to overpay depending on qualifications)
