What to do:

• Collaborate in an agile team to operate and enhance Microsoft 365 Services for 22,000 users
• Advise and support business partners on new and existing features
• Provide technical guidance to ensure smooth operation of Microsoft 365 Services
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and other SaaS Services to ensure the best possible user experience
• Ensure compliance with our processes for secure and reliable service operation

• Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH), IT related
• Eager to learn - we value learning agility and support your growth in our IT landscape
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Technical background
• Fluency in German; English is a plus
