Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Ceramics & Concrete raw materials in collaboration with internal teams
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams in the development of sourcing strategies
  • Create and align strategy with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, manufacturing)
  • Lead the process to select and manage vendors
  • Actively investigate alternatives and new products in the market
  • Measure and track performance in the spend category and defines improvement measures if necessary
  • Monitors strategy implementation and compliance
  • Support new product development and advise leadership on procurement matters

Your Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in prcurement of raw materials/building materials
  • Strong strategic management, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in an international procurement environment with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • High level of flexibility, incl. travel flexibility
  • Experienced in working with cross-border matrix organizations

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 4.048,- per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
