The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team is responsible for the management and development of innovative system solutions that generate valuable business insights about our customers and profitability in the Red Bull organizations around the globe.

In this role, based on business and user needs, you'll be entrusted with identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements as well as new technologies. Your mission will be to enable business processes, improve user experience, and ensure data quality.

As part of the projects you lead or support, you'll be entrusted and encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas and methods to tackle complex topics. You'll also be responsible for driving change and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes. Additionally, you'll act as a point of contact for local Key Users and support them in case of any tool questions as well as system issues.

SYSTEM AND PROCESS OPTIMISATION PROJECTS

In this role, you'll lead and participate in project teams and projects from end to end: from project planning, over understanding and documentation of business requirements (BSS), to system testing, implementation and training the users. Depending on the project's complexity, urgency, and length, you'll define which approach and methodology to apply to achieve the project goals best. You'll be expected to challenge the status quo, facilitate discussions, as well as continuously identify and manage various project and process dependencies. For this reason, a proven track record of stakeholder management and strong communication skills is vital for this role.

DRIVING CHANGE

You'll identify gaps in the current usage and adoption of our processes and tools. By analysing user feedback and process gaps, you will develop strategies to enhance the adoption of new processes and systems across the organisation. You'll need to focus on building strong partnerships with our Key Users to encourage knowledge sharing between departments. An ability to drive change and partner with key users is essential to ensure our tools and processes are built for and used to their full potential.

TRAINING OF THE ORGANIZATION

Another task is the conception and creation of trainings and workshops as well as the preparation of related materials and documentation. You'll hold on-site and online trainings for the system users of our subsidiaries to ensure proper system handling.

BUSINESS PARTNER FOR LOCAL MARKETS AND HEADQUARTER

You'll be a partner for both subsidiaries and HQ in establishing and fully taking advantage of the potential of the CPM system, with a focus on business processes. You'll collaborate with sales, revenue management, finance, and operations teams to capture business requirements and maintain a strong alignment on the short and long-term strategy. Hence, it is important that you have a solid and diverse business background in order to understand and challenge different cross-functional topics.

SYSTEM SUPPORT AND QUALITY

As part of a like-minded team, you'll act as a global point of contact for the CPM tool and assist local key users around the world in case of process or system related issues and questions. Thereby, you'll ensure proper system functioning, find efficiencies and tackle areas of opportunity concerning system improvements and related business processes within the CPM system.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management/Product Management/ Sales/Controlling/IT.
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and drive solutions
  • Experience with knowledge, process or change management is an advantage
  • Experience in the FMCG industry and/or focus on sales planning or revenue management is an advantage
  • Strong IT skills and technically savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analytics tool is an advantage (SAP - CRM, ERP (SD, FI, COPA), S4/HANA, SAC, BI or Essbase, Oracle, Salesforce etc.)
  • University degree in Business, Finance, IT or any other relevant subject
  • Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and passionate for learning
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
