What awaits you?

  • Define data strategy for BMW Central and Southeastern Europe and establish a "data analysis and BI" expertise center for optimizing reporting, information, and data usage.
  • Ensure data and KPI consistency within the company (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales Finance) aligned with central (Munich HQ) and BMW Financial Services requirements.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across reporting and local systems.
  • Standardize reported and published reports, streamline data sources and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate data stewards in business departments.
  • Serve as the main contact for all data in the Region Central and Southeastern Europe for internal and central departments.
  • Implement a process for managing business-related local IT applications.
  • Contribute to designing and developing technical solutions, identifying new data sources to enhance strategic decision-making.

What should you bring along?

  • University Degree in finance or data management and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, risk, data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Strong skills in IT, analytics, strategy, presentations and communication.
  • You have experience with Business Intelligence tools that are used in a complex environment, and you can combine this with insights into data / system concepts and business patterns.
  • Ideally you have experience with data warehousing and data analytics such as Power BI, Tableau and QLIK.
  • Excellent networking abilities and able to easily establish contacts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities.
  • You are fluent in English.

We are looking for you as of January 2025 and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.800 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
