Job description
- Ensure the correct and seamless execution of entire order fulfillment process across multiple companies within the HPM Division, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Logistics, and IT, to streamline order-to-delivery processes
- Monitor and analyze business performance related to order fulfillment and implement strategies to improve KPIs such as delivery accuracy, lead time reduction, and cost optimization initiatives, which drive the implementation and optimization of IT solutions (e.g. EDI) for order management, ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems
- Act as a project leader (m/f/d) for the rollout of new IT tools or process enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal/external IT teams to ensure the fulfillment process is supported by robust, scalable technology
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer (m/f/d) satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports and analyses for senior management on the performance of the fulfillment process, including identifying potential risks and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to order processing, inventory management and logistics
What we offer
Salary Package and Benefits: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is EUR 4.481,24 gross (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience (5 years) in order fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations management, ideally within a manufacturing or metals industry
- Strong experience in leading IT projects related to order management or fulfillment processes
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
