We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to lead our testing efforts and ensure the quality of our software products. Our team services a solution for liquidity risk management, market risk management in the banking book and asset & liability management (ALM).

What to do:

  • Design and implement test strategies to ensure the release of high-quality solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for test management topics within the division
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead test initiatives, resolve issues, and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise test team members, track testing progress, and provide performance feedback
  • Continuously enhance the testing process by implementing automation and improving existing tools
  • Provide detailed reports on testing progress, including metrics for test coverage, defect resolution, and overall product quality

You check these boxes:

  • Several years of relevant hands-on experience in software testing; ISTQB (advanced) certification or equivalent is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to take ownership over division-wide testing topics
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of testers and QA analysts to deliver high-quality results
  • Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to explore innovative solutions
  • Experience in working in an agile environment (Scrum)
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
