Job Description

  • Advise customers on agile methods in the project process and impart knowledge on the subject of agility
  • Support transformation projects from traditional to agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
  • Implementation of agile processes into the daily business routine
  • Be part of an agile team or support several teams in the introduction of Scrum/Kanban
  • Share agile knowledge to all stakeholders
  • Design training material and hold trainings on Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership or Lean Change

Qualifications

  • Several years of consulting and coaching experience regarding agile methods in customer projects
  • Successful support of transformation projects (traditional to agile) and/or introduction of agile methods
  • Know-how of agile methods and ability to communicate this successfully
  • Confident appearance at management level
  • Sound knowledge of classical project management, business organization, process management and change management.
  • Experience with workshop and training facilitation
  • Ability to motivate and win over teams
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Enjoyment of operational work
  • Business fluent in German and English
