Business Support Specialist (f/m/div*)
Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Execute tasks to enhance and optimize the Quality Management System at Kapsch TrafficCom, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and facilitating ongoing business process improvements.
- Audit Coordination: Manage the preparation of internal and external Quality Management System audits, including the coordination, collection, and management of necessary information.
- Report Preparation: Prepare various business and domain-specific reports, ensuring accurate coordination, information collection, and management.
- ERP and IT Tools Utilization: Work with our ERP system and other IT tools to generate and deliver reports from systems used at Kapsch TrafficCom.
- Operational Excellence Support: Assist local and global management in operational excellence activities.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented personality.
- Demonstrated ability to work systematically and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Self-confident with a high sense of responsibility.
- Capable of working independently, with a structured and well-organized approach, and strong service orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
- Excellent oral and written skills in both German and English.
