The NEXTSENSE software team is looking for a
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
to support the development of state of the art optical measurement devices. In this position you will be part of an interdisciplinary team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our product portfolio as well as to the implementation of new features and applications on our latest device family.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Experience as software developer in an industrial environment, preferably working in agile teams
- Strong development skills in C++. Experience with Python, Java, .NET, Scala is a plus.
- Experience with build systems and continuous integration infrastructure
- Open-minded team-player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of software for our portfolio of industrial optical measurement devices as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Derive concepts and implement software tests on different test levels
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software quality
- Documentation of software features for internal and external customers
