Microsoft AI and Systems Specialist with a Focus on AI Projects and Microsoft Solutions

Vienna, (Part-time/ Full-time)

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate professional with expertise in Microsoft applications (e.g., CRM Dynamics, SharePoint, Azure) and a keen interest in AI developments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital landscape and drive innovative AI projects within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance the Microsoft ecosystem, including CRM, SharePoint, and Azure.

Oversee integrations and databases (e.g., CRM > Web portal, CRM > Azure database for AI applications).

Lead and execute AI projects, ensuring technical feasibility and critically evaluating proposed solutions.

Collaborate closely with the AI team and coordinate technical specifications. Implement and test new applications with internal teams and external test users.

Optimize and develop processes using AI-powered tools and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python and React.

Strong understanding of data architectures, including ETL processes and relational database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).

Experience with large language models (LLMs) from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.

Practical experience implementing chatbot systems is a plus. Experience with open-source LLMs is an advantage.

Experience in mobile app development, especially using Flutter, is a plus.

Practical experience with RPA tools like Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services.

Certifications:

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-, AI-, DP-, MD-, PL-, MS-, SC-). Please include your certification numbers.

Additional certifications from AWS or Google Cloud are a plus.

Experience:

Demonstrated success in managing AI projects and implementing AI-driven solutions.

Strong background in working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in English and German.

Analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

A structured and independent working style with creativity to develop innovative solutions.

Salary: The annual gross salary (for full-time position) starts at 48.000EUR, willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and experience.
